AllSquare Return & Credit Policy 

1. Damaged Products 

            Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and inform delivery driver of any packaging issues. Report damages to AllSquare immediately. Damaged packaging and product must be kept until notified. Couriers reserve the right to inspect the damaged product before claim is finalized. Damages not reported within 3 days may not be honored.

2. Return Policy

            Products that are ordered in error must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be approved by AllSquare prior to returning. Returned products may be subject to a 20% restock fee. All returned items must arrive in like new condition, in their original packaging and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories where applicable.

            Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer. Returns must be shipped to us via freight, UPS or FedEx for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages; therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.

3. Conditions and Exclusions

            AllSquare shall in no way be liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
